Is three days enough for Kathmandu?
Three focused days with a good guide covers the major sites comfortably: Kathmandu and Patan Durbar Squares, Pashupatinath, Boudhanath, Swayambhunath, and Bhaktapur. You'll have time to explore each site rather than rushing.
Can non-Hindus enter the temples?
Most major Kathmandu temples are open to all visitors. Non-Hindus cannot enter the inner sanctum of Pashupatinath's main temple, but the surrounding ghats and complex are accessible and deeply atmospheric. Boudhanath and Swayambhunath are open to everyone.
Do I need a Nepal visa?
Most nationalities receive a visa on arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport. USD 30 for 15 days, USD 50 for 30 days. Bring two passport photos and USD cash.
What meals are included?
Breakfast and dinner are included at your hotels throughout the tour. Lunch is on your own account at local restaurants.
Is travel insurance required?
Not mandatory but recommended. Comprehensive cover including emergency evacuation is best practice for any international trip.
