Frequently Asked
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a private tour?
Yes — every TempleFront itinerary is run exclusively for your group. We never combine you with other travellers.
Can the itinerary be customised?
Absolutely. Routing, hotel tier, duration, and activities can all be adjusted. We can easily add Chitwan or extend Pokhara.
What is the significance of Gorkha?
Gorkha is the ancestral home of King Prithvi Narayan Shah, who unified Nepal in the 18th century. The hilltop Gorkha Durbar palace-fortress and adjacent Gorkha Kalika temple are among Nepal's most historically important sites — and far less crowded than Kathmandu's squares.
Is the Gorkha Durbar climb difficult?
The Durbar involves a 20–30 minute climb up stone steps from the town. The path is well-maintained and the views over the Marsyangdi valley and Ganesh Himal from the top are excellent. Those with mobility concerns should let us know in advance.
Do I need a Nepal visa?
Most nationalities receive a visa on arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport. USD 30 for 15 days, USD 50 for 30 days. Bring two passport photos and USD cash.
What meals are included?
Breakfast and dinner are included at your hotels throughout the tour. Lunch is on your own account at local restaurants.
Is travel insurance required?
Not mandatory but recommended. Comprehensive cover including emergency evacuation is best practice for any Nepal trip.
How do I confirm a booking?
Send us a WhatsApp or email enquiry. We respond same day with a detailed quote. A deposit secures your dates.
